Important Notes & Rental Terms
Rental Tariff & Kilometre Limit
- 300 KM per day / 24 hours is included with the rental.
- Extra Kilometre: ₹10 per KM
- Extra Hour: ₹300 per hour

Booking & Payment
- Full rental payment must be made before taking the vehicle.
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
- Rent + 1 day advance amount is required for booking.
- Without advance payment, the booking will not be accepted.
- Cancellation charge: ₹500 per day.
- Google Pay payment can be made to 9600194999 – Rajamarthandan.
Required Documents
Please bring the following documents at the time of vehicle collection:
- Original Driving Licence
- Original Aadhaar Card
- Gas Bill – for current address proof
- Two-Wheeler with RC Book
Fuel Policy
- The vehicle will be handed over with petrol/diesel filled up to the mouth of the fuel tank.
- The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level.
- Fuel expenses during the rental period are the customer’s responsibility.
Travel & Additional Charges
- Toll charges are to be paid by the customer.
- Petrol/Diesel charges are to be paid by the customer.
- Extra KM: ₹10 per KM.
- Extra Hours: ₹300 per hour.
- Maximum included usage is 300 KM for 24 hours.
Vehicle Damage & Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Vehicle damage is not covered by insurance under the rental terms.
- Customers are requested to drive carefully and follow all traffic regulations.
Traffic Fines & Challans
All traffic rules must be followed during the rental period.
Traffic violations such as:
- Signal violations
- Over-speeding
- Not wearing seat belts
- Other traffic rule violations
may be captured through CCTV cameras or other traffic monitoring systems.
Any challans received due to the customer’s usage of the vehicle must be paid by the customer. Challans may be received or processed even after the vehicle has been returned.
Vehicle Return
- Please return the vehicle in a clean condition.
- If the vehicle is returned without proper cleaning, a ₹100 cleaning charge will be applicable.
Service Timing
Vehicle pickup and rental service is available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM only.
Trip Details Required
Before booking, customers are requested to provide:
- Trip destination / places to be visited
- Number of rental days
- Customer location / location map
This helps us understand the trip requirements and rental details before confirming the booking.
Important Reminder
Please follow all rental rules and traffic regulations carefully. All additional charges, damages, fuel differences, extra kilometres, extra hours, tolls and traffic challans applicable to the customer must be settled by the customer.
